VINACS HORNORED TO ACHIEVE A BRACE OF TITLES BEST GLOBAL NETWORK CATERER AND BEST CATERER IN ASIA PACIFIC AWARDED BY QATAR AIRWAYS

Qatar Airways awarded VINACS the title of “BEST GLOBAL NETWORK” and “BEST CATERER IN ASIA PACIFIC” of 2018)

Qatar Airways is the national flag carrier of Qatar, ranking of top five – star airlines all over the world recognized by prestigious organization –Skytrax. According to annual assessment results of Skytrax, Qatar Airways was ranked the best carrier in the world in years 2015, 2017 and 2018 in terms of business class services. 
Every year, Qatar Airways always hold evaluation programs to caterers which are serving Qatar Airways all around the world. This program and Catering Performance Award base on the performance monitoring systems of worldwide caterers, Qatar Airways Onboard Services Management and Operations System, with criteria such as: customer’s satisfaction, meals quality, voyage report and strict standards including safety in inflight operation; food hygiene and safety; Halal standard compliance; service quality; human resources, chef’s qualification, technological and quality management system; etc.
VINACS has officially been providing catering services for Qatar Airways from 1st January, 2018. With professional services and continuing efforts of all VINACS’s staff, just in the first year of serving for Qatar Airways, VINACS has excellently passed 110 worldwide caterers to win a brace of titles: “BEST GLOBAL NETWORK CATERER 2018” and “BEST CATERER IN ASIA PACIFIC” of 2018 awarded by one of the top five - star airlines – Qatar Airways. These awards recognize and honor the efforts, dedication and quality of outstanding services of VINACS, as well as expectations and belief that VINACS will have continuous improvements in catering services in coming years.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Sudhir Chande - Qatar Airways Manager of Services Quality and Mr. Anand Daniel – Airport Service Manager of Qatar Airways at Noi Bai international airport congratulated and appreciated the efforts and results achieved by VINACS. Both believe that VINACS will definitely maintain and enhance service quality to bring higher passengers’ satisfaction.

In response, Mr. Duong Tien Nghia - General Director of VINACS expressed the gratitude to Qatar Airways for the cooperation, recognition and respect of Qatar Airways for VINACS. VINACS is committed to perform better and better to meet higher expectation from customers.
In addition to the two titles awarded by Qatar Airways, in 2018 VINACS also won two other titles: silver medal and "Second place" prize at the Sky Service Forum in Moscow, Russia " Sky Service Moscow 2018”; and trophy, gold cup, and special Halal and Hygiene Excellence Award for airline catering companies Halal and Hygiene standard excellence performance for both facilities at Noibai and Cam Ranh international airports.
2019 is expected to be a breakthrough year for VINACS as from the beginning, VINACS has signed contracts to provide comprehensive meals for airlines including VietJet Air, Bamboo Airways and Philippine Airlines. Especially, Bamboo Airways is the exclusive domestic carrier which is serving five-star services, raising the total number of VINACS’s customers to 18.
